The Baroness offers a variety of services for private and commercial concerns, including divorces, custody and child advocacy issues, workplace mediation and employment issues, neighbor and contract dispute resolution, pre-nups and post-nups (including LGBT), co-parenting solutions (for children and pets), civil and commercial settlement conferences and succession and inheritance issues. The Baroness is based in Luzerne County, PA, but can meet with clients virtually via Zoom, FaceTime or Skype if needed. Difficult and foreign cases are welcome.
